TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


Placement of order is deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. DEPOSIT

    A deposit of approximately 25% is required against ALL orders placed. Made to measure items require a 50% deposit.

  2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT

    Balance of payment is due either before or at the time of delivery.

  3. RETURN OF STOCK GOODS

    Items supplied from stock and subsequently returned are subject to a 25% restocking and handling charge.
    Goods returned must be in resalable condition and in original boxes and/or packaging.

  4. RETURN OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

    We regret that we are unable to accept for return any non-stock or special order items once we placed the order with our suppliers.
    Payment in full will be required for any cancelled orders.

  5. AVAILABILITY

    Availability quoted is approximate and is not guaranteed.
    We shall not be liable for any charges whatsoever resulting from extended delivery dates imposed upon us by any supplier or manufacturer for whatever reason.

  6. DELIVERIES

    Deliveries are generally free of charge within a five mile radius of base on the understanding that: ALL DELIVERIES ARE TO THE MAIN GROUND FLOOR FRONT DOOR ONLY; also note that when using a third party carrier we cannot ship goods over 1.5 metres long.
    We will not send shower doors, baths, shower trays or other fragile items via a third party carrier.
    Any carriage charges will be passed on at cost. DELIVERIES CANNOT BE TIMED DURING THE WORKING DAY.
    WE REGRET WE CANNOT SHIP GOODS OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND.

  7. SIZES

    All sizes quoted are nominal and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all sizes and quantities are suitable for their requirements.

  8. FIT FOR THE PURPOSE

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the items are suitable for the project in hand.

  9. VISUAL DEFECTS

    Please note that visual defects must be reported PRIOR TO installation AND within 48 hours of receipt.
    Claims cannot be considered for refixing.

  10. COMPLETION OF ORDER

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items delivered are in a satisfactory condition BEFORE arranging for their installer to commence works.
    We shall not be liable for any charges whatsoever resulting from the customer arranging for their installer to commence work before the order is completed.
    All goods are to be collected/delivered within 28 days of notice that order is complete; storage charges may be levied after expiry of this period. Goods not collected within 3 months may be disposed of and deposits forfeited.
